Spoon baits are usually concave oval baits, usually made of metal or other hard shell, looks like the bowl-shaped part of a spoon. Spoon baits attract fish primarily by reflecting light and moving randomly. Spoon lures are simple in design: oval, concave metal pieces, shiny chrome or paint finish, with a single or triple spear hook on one end.
